Frequently Asked Questions

Q - Why can’t I log in?  It just tells me there is no user associated with my email address.

A - If you have register for Palooza in the past few years, then your same login information will work this year.  There is also a forgot password option if needed.  National PCA creditials cannot be used through our website.

Q - How can I volunteer for Palooza?

A - Email and let us know which days/times you are available.  We will let you know where your help is needed.

Q - What is your cancellation policy? 

A - If you contact us to cancel more than a week prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.  If you contact us to cancel within a week of the event, you will forfeit your registration fee, but will refunded for other purchases.  If you "no-show," a refund will not be issued. 

Q - Can I still get the merchandise I ordered if I do not attend the event?

A - Yes.  We will gladly mail your pre-ordered merchandise if you let us know that is your desire (see cancellation policy above).  We will also gladly let someone else pick up your merchandise if you let us know.   If you contact us during or after the event, there is no guarantee that we will still have your merchandise.  If you have made no attempt to email or call us, we will assume that you no longer want your merchandise and we will sell it in our goodie store at the event.

Q - Can anyone come to the car show?

A - In order to park your vehicle in the lot during the car show, you must have your Palooza dash card displayed to show that you have paid for entry.  Others may come and spectate, but outside vehicles must park across the street from the Inn of the Ozarks in the community lot.  

Q - I have a trailer.  Where can I park it? 

A - You will be required to move your trailer if it is parked in the lot at the Inn of the Ozarks.  We have made arrangements for trailer parking at CS Bank in Eureka.  

Q - Is there a car wash station available?

A - Yes, there is a hose and buckets set up for our use below the tennis courts near the Convention Center.  BYO soap & other supplies.  There are also a couple car washes in town.  One is located beside Dollar General.  Another is located behind Bunch's Quik Chek & Booze Brothers (near McDonald's).
